Cepeda: Solo Performances
Manny
Cepeda is one of salsa's most promising artists with a background of
rich music from the famous Bomba y Plena "Cepeda" family of
Puerto Rico.
Manny
has been performing since the age of 7, first as the "Timbales
Player" in the highly acclaimed variety TV "Show de Vigoreaux"
in San Juan, Puerto Rico's Channel 4, and then with other famous bands
such as "Babo Jimenez, Ricardo Ray, Willie Colon and others. Manny
has performed at festivals and for dignitaries throughout South America,
Africa, and Europe.
Manny
has also developed into a superb composer and arranger. He is now bringing
his collection of Salsa/Merengue music to the public, and it is sure
to be a hit with all audiences. His energetic beat and the richness
of his songs' choruses make for his Paloma
Collection an album to be remembered. Stay tuned for more of Manny

Price List**:
Below
is my pricing list for a One-man show for
your information. I normally bring my own sound system and all the required
equipment for the performance. All I require is a 110-volt outlet close
to the performance site. My stage requirement is an area of at least
5’ x 8 ’. If performing outside I require a cover for protection of my
electronic equipment.
My pricing** is as follows: I require a minimum performance of at least
2 hours. During set break (s), I perform for 45 minutes each time and
take a 15-minute rest in between sets.

Hours
- $500.00 Two 45 minutes periods of music
3 Hours - $600.00 Three 45 minutes
period of music
4 Hours - $700.00 Four 45 minutes period
of music
**Prices subject to change without notice. All prices
are for local San Diego events.
Payment
(s) are to be made out to “Manny Cepeda Orchestra” and will be collected
at the end of the performance.
The
hiring party must provide a non-refundable deposit
of $200.00 to Manny Cepeda Orchestra in
order to secure the date of the performance. No
performance will be booked until Manny Cepeda Orchestra receives the
deposit. The deposit will be applied to the total payment, which
will be collected at the end of the performance.
I
can increase the size of the band
by adding one vocalist and all the way up to 2 horns and one percussionist.
